Providence Community Health Centers Express Clinic with two locations the flagship clinic on Prairie Avenue and the new state-of-the-art clinic on Atwood Street in the Olneyville neighborhood is recruiting for an urgent care Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner. 

PCHC is the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in Rhode Island, and our Express Clinic (urgent care) is open 7 days per week. PCHC also has eight neighborhood-based primary care clinics—all patient-centered medical homes— with 500+ employees. We have been serving the city of Providence for more than 55 years. 

Full-time Express clinic positions typically offer three 12-hour days per week with weekend shifts every fourth week. Our Express clinic providers see patients of all ages.

Qualifications:

• Active RI license
